Built on our proprietary AirCMS platform (Learn more), the solution provides seamless user account management for requesting assistance in the form of clothing, household items, cleaning supplies, and medicine. The platform also includes dashboards for organizations, doctors, pharmacies, and administrators, creating an integrated ecosystem for processing and managing aid requests.

Project Objectives

  • The Romanian government aimed to create a user-centric and scalable system to:
  • Allow individuals to create accounts, submit, and track aid requests.
  • Provide organizations with tools to manage beneficiary lists and request aid on their behalf.
  • Enable doctors to review medical requests and attach prescriptions for medicine.
  • Facilitate pharmacies to manage and fulfill medication requests based on attached prescriptions.
  • Build an admin panel for efficient processing and tracking of all requests, including assigning statuses and responsibilities.
  • Prepare for the future integration of an e-commerce module for verified users to redeem allocated bonuses for clothing, household goods, and other essential items.

The platform was built on AirCMS, a powerful and customizable CMS solution developed by Airkod. This ensured fast development, easy scalability, and integration with complex workflows.
